VPR is capable of processing a flexible blend of crude oil and condensate to produce naphtha, jet fuel, gas oil and residuals. Acquired by Vitol Refining Group BV, a wholly owned Vitol subsidiary, in July 2017, the facility was previously owned by Koch HC Partnership BV and has expanded its refining capacity by more than 20 percent since it was built in 1993.
